Data Deletion

You can remove your data from BusyDays at any time. We offer three paths:

1. Disconnect an integration

In Settings, disconnect Google or any Meta channel (WhatsApp/Instagram). This immediately revokes the stored access tokens and marks that connection deleted, so we can no longer access the corresponding account.

2. Delete your workspace

To delete your entire workspace and the records we hold for it, email harshitgarg4225@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my workspace". We will remove your workspace records from our database within 30 days and confirm by email. Data stored in the Google Sheet you own remains in your Google account for you to delete directly.

3. Meta data deletion callback

If you remove BusyDays from your Facebook/Instagram account, Meta sends us a signed data-deletion request. We verify it, disconnect the associated channels, and return a confirmation code and this status URL, as required by Meta Platform policy. The callback endpoint is /compliance/meta/data-deletion.

What gets deleted

• OAuth access and refresh tokens (revoked and removed).
• Meta channel connection records for your workspace.
• On full workspace deletion: lead, booking, interaction, wallet and conversation-memory records in our database.
