Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BusyDays. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. The service

BusyDays helps appointment-based professionals capture leads, schedule bookings, generate documents, and communicate with clients across WhatsApp, Instagram and a public booking page. Features depend on the integrations you choose to connect.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you send to clients and for complying with WhatsApp/Instagram platform policies and applicable messaging laws.
• You must have the right to contact the clients whose details you enter, and to send them messages.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google and Meta accounts.

3. AI-generated content

AI suggestions (replies, drafts, enrichment) are provided as assistance and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent. Messages that mention price or commitments are never auto-sent without your approval.

4. Credits & payments

Certain actions consume prepaid credits purchased via Razorpay. Credit purchases are final except where required by law. Prices and credit costs may change with notice.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party outages (Google, Meta, Razorpay) or from your use of AI-generated content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using BusyDays and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate platform policies.
